Learning
With our online courses, anyone can learn practical, accessible, and effective strategies for driving humanizing change in organizations, schools, and community groups.
Course Overview
The learning experience begins with understanding the nature and character of a humanizing system, and the reasons and benefits of a humanizing approach to change.
Building on that understanding, participants will learn and practice five everyday personal behaviors to drive humanizing change, and ways to respond to behavior based on committed bigotries.
Having learned personal practice, participants will learn three ways to amplify change through collective practice.
The course will conclude with an opportunity to establish personal commitments and support for driving humanizing change in daily life.

Sliding Scale
We want to make our learning opportunities as accessible as possible so we offer a sliding scale. We will never question you about which tier you choose.
Here is a brief explanation of how we determined the tier structure:
The actual price (Tier C: $1,030) is what it costs us to deliver the course. If you choose a price below the top tier, you are receiving a discount.
The middle price (Tier B: $850) is for those who are able to meet their basic needs but have little expendable income. Paying for our services may be a sacrifice but it would not create hardship.
The lowest price (Tier A: $600) is for those who struggle to meet basic needs and paying for our services would be a significant hardship.
We learned about this and adapted it from Alexis J. Cunningfolk’s Green Bottle model of the sliding scale. We encourage you to read her blog to learn more about it, and how you can contribute to a more equitable society for all.
